The mission of the First ever Women League 2016 is to provide an opportunity for women to play football.
Women’s Super League initially started in the year 2016 and this year marks the 3rd time that BFF is holding the League. It will be held on the 1st till 31st July. This year we have two new teams namely Sunrise Women’s Fc and Tensung Bum Fc. Total of 8 teams will be playing for the UTH women’s Super League .The Teams are Thimphu City Ladies, Thimphu Fc, Druk United Fc, Mandala Fc, U-16 Gelephu , BFF Academy Fc including the two new teams.
