Mandala grabs their first 3 points
Mandala FC begins their journey of Kelme-Bhutan Women’s League 2021 with a very comfortable win against their first opponent of the league, Yangchenphug Women’s FC.
Mandala forward Sherub Wangmo opened the floodgate at 8 minutes and 2 minutes after, Ngawang Choki doubled it with ease. In the 18th minute Ngawang Choki yet again found the net and Sonam Choden made it 0-4 by 27 minutes on the clock. Ngawang completed her by 32nd minute and an own goal from Yangchenphug defense in an attempt to clear gave the away team for today an easy 0-6 win by the interval.
Continuing their scoring business even in the second half, Sherub Wangmo slotted in the 7th goal of the match at 48 minutes by just rolling in the ball pass Yangchenphug goalie Jigme Choden.
